What is the link between the 2 ? 

Company failing horribly for 10 years

Shareholders not selling shares in the past or anything shareholders have done or not done

There is simply no Link , one does not have any bearing on the other. 

Your attempt to defend the company by saying you could have sold at a profit makes 0 sense. 

The company would still be a complete failure if one sold for a profit ... 

Seriously the true nature of the company comes out in what you said ... The company doesnt care about shareholders.
