RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ICSID webpage shows our "Rectification Proceeding" statusThe ICSID seems to be a dead end.  Years and years and years wasted.  The ruling against Eco Oro will be difficult to overturn.  Who is paying legal fees for the "rectification?"  Are the CVRs dead?  I hope they are if it means some of the big companies that forced them to proceed with the legal case loose money too.    

As for an "out of court" settlement, I'm not sure what that means.  Why would Colombia pay anything?  Do we even hold the title anymore?   Imagine Aris wanted our claim - what do we have to sell?   I'd happily take a low ball offer for shareholders.
