So the ceo, on the behalf of GRB shareholders, has agreed to pay Strasser $3.4 million (on top of the $1 million deposit) for his water rights, which is a ridiculous amount compared to very recent water purchases.
But enquiring minds want to know, where is that $3.4 million going to come from? GRB has no cash, so who is going to pay that rather large amount?
