RE:RE:RE:RubenakenPip, I agree that funding is the key roadblock but realistically the company won't need USD 70 million right away. The key is and has always been getting that first offtake partner signed up with a serious upfront payment say in the range of USD 15 to 20 mill. This will get the ball rolling to push other partners to sign up.
I am pretty sure that the US and Canadian governments are going to put in a serious chunk of change eventually as well. Note that the proposed US ban on China EV tech is going to lead to retaliation which will likely hit REE exports from China. Just adding to the strategic rationale for making UCU a success.
