RE:Stock split strategy Stock consolidation not a split & yes they can do this with shareholders vote I believe. Exchange will allow some period of grace to see if company will correct and live up to conditions but there needs to be some plan by the company.  For now NASDAQ is noting AMLI with a label : (Issuer failed to meet continued listing requirements); in any case; not the end of the world if they get kicked out of that exchange – they were $6/share on Canadia Exchange TSXV so it can be done. Still they need a plan & inform shareholders about it.
Do like today’s action and wonder if this is just a beginning of a longer term up trend…..finally; see you all at $6 and this time I'm selling.
