The Company operates from two facilities: Lake Erie Works (LEW) near Nanticoke, Ontario and Hamilton Works (HW) in Hamilton, Ontario.

Sale is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024

Sale is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024Which means before the end of this year. There is no way of deferring the gain to 2025. Should I sell now and move on to something else? Any suggestion?
