Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is a Canada-based waste-to-fuel environmental technology company. The Company's Thermal Catalytic Depolymerization (TCD) process converts waste feedstocks, including plastics, rubber, organic material, and wood derivative waste into valuable fuel. Its facilities are designed to operate with no harmful emissions and through the conversion of waste-to-fuel, it can help reduce methane emissions from landfills, as well as reduce reliance on imported biofuels made from agricultural products. The Company’s Aldersyde Demo Facility is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Calgary, features a 2.5-acre site and a plant which provides proof of concept that can convert wood waste biomass to fuel.

There is a ~125 million dollar transaction that yields ~18m/year on the table.

Despite the rhetoric (justified or not) coupled to past performance, its reasonable to surmise that a significant effort has been made for CMC to turn a corner.

IF it closes, SH's who actually hold shares, will no doubt be gratified that people are working opposed to all the armchair quarterbacks who think they know everything!
