It is going to depend on what the shares trade at. I am not sure how you are trying to determine a share price. 


On the SOBO link I posted they also have a management information circular (477 pages) contains a lot of information.

To save you some time. Schedule g,h and i show proforma for SOBO operating as an independent company from TC Energy.
I believe it is for 2021, 2022 and 2023. They may also have 2020 I can not remember as it is quite a while since i skimmed the document.

I believe both these companies are going to be very good for us retail shareholders. My cost base  is $51.19. I am waiting to see how it shares out before I decide on trading in either TRP or SOBO.
