The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

REALLY? I would think a <12x AFFO multiple for HR is still cheap

The Fed only controls the front end but it has no influence over the long end.
