They will not discount the sale of their holdings just becasue the stock price has been depressed for the last 15 years.
If the opoerator wants the minority shareholders stock they will have to pay fair value. I recall wehn a number of folks hoped to get $2 a share . $2 hardly covers ETG's share of the silver in the OT deposit let alone the gold, moly and copper.
Very unfortunate we dont know what the actual resource is.. If we did it is likely that the true value would be multiples of $2.
Appears to me ETG has been disallowed the "Best efforts" of the operator in the original agreement made back in 2006 ish. Hope the Super Secret Arbitration Board discussions and their subsequernt decision addresses these matters.
For a public company, ETG sure keeps their shareholders in the dark.
