Its owned and managed portfolio of assets is valued at over $17.6 billion. The Company owns a diversified portfolio of over 160 multi-suites residential, retail, office, industrial and hotel properties located in Canada and in the United States. The Company also provides real estate management services to institutional and other investors. The Company, through Lincluden Investment Management Limited, offers institutional clients and private investors a broad range of global investment products across equity, fixed-income and balanced portfolios.
