It's a Dirty Business - Land

It's a Dirty Business - Land
Land position is key to success in this business, and everything else is secondary.

Kelts Wembley/Pipeston Montney (Highly Economic)
Kelt Charlie Lake (Highly Economic)
Kelt Spirit River (Highly Economic)
North Pouce Coupe -(Highly Economic)

Kelt Oak - Potentially highly economic in the right hands, and  massive resouce.

All a person has to do it look at these NE B.C. plays around Tower, Dawson, Sunrise, most of these companies would have a postage stamp play area and i really don't see a lot of land blocks like Oak out there that are that liquids rich.

Dry gas, for some companies that expanded their dry gas prospects and now have them shut in, keeping the plants idling so they don't rust away, and asking yourself why to invest in dry gas postage stamp play areas.

Kelts land position is what will win the day and everything else is secondary.
