Aston Bay Holdings Ltd V.BAY

Alternate Symbol(s):  ATBHF

Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company exploring high-grade critical and precious metal deposits. It is engaged in exploring the Storm Copper Property and Cu-Ag-Zn-Co Epworth Property in Nunavut, and the high-grade Buckingham Gold Vein in central Virginia. It is also in advanced stages of negotiation on other lands with high-grade critical metals potential in North America. The Nunavut property is located 112 km south of the community of Resolute Bay, Nunavut on western Somerset Island. The property is adjacent to tidewater on Aston Bay and comprises 12 prospecting permits and 118 contiguous mineral claims, which comprises of Storm Copper and Seal Zinc, covering an area of approximately 541,796 acres. Under Virginia property, it focuses on exploring two targets in Virginia: high-grade mesothermal gold vein mineralization along strike of the Buckingham Gold Vein and zinc-copper SEDEX-style mineralization in a newly identified base metals/polymetallic belt.

Mineral Zonation

Mineral Zonation

AWM-BAY,  Readng the geology in the drill core, the hunt is on looking for these sediment hosted plates. The geologist can tell from the type of ground formation and type of ore within the perticular section of core and  depth where to drill next.
Hole : 2024, 1 , 2 , 3 have been Vectoring out deeper into the graben searching for the copper plates at depth.

PS, Notice on this image, the Red Flat plates marked Sediment Hosted Copper. The yellow section here is surface & notice the Red Blobs on surface which are the cyclone and lightning and other surface zones.

Notice, the Red Blobs at depth here is where Hole 2024, 1, 2, and 3 are targetting .

.The mineralization encountered to date shows clear zonation, which will be used to determine vectors to the stronger part of the mineralization system. The presence of zinc and lead in addition to copper suggests that ST22-10 has intersected the margin of a copper dominant sedimentary hosted mineralization system.

A detailed review of the existing induced polarization (IP) and gravity anomalies is underway (Figure 5). The current datasets show a number of large anomalies that are focused around the central graben faults and sit beneath high-grade surface mineralization; these present compelling targets for further exploration.

Investors can expect further news on the 2750N Zone drilling in the coming days.

Look @ this 2012 VTEM ,  Todays news from the Cyclone area seen here is the large green anomaly at back centre of image.marked 4100 zone.

Look at the large anomaly marked 3500 just South of the 4100 . The  drill hole SR24-093 ; 53.3m @ 3.9% copper

situated between the Cyclone and the Cirrus ..

Cirrus ( 3500 )

  • Drilling of the 1,300m x 500m EM anomaly below the Cirrus Deposit is in progress with the diamond hole planned to a depth of 600m..
  • 600 m depth..
