True....but it is not just TCF that is not moving higher.
Most of the O/G small cap sector is not getting a whole lot of love-
as of yet.
I think on some of these you need to look forward 6 months to 3 yrs.
Currently it is not a trade-go else where for that.
Everyone has a different time frame requirement on the their investment/
trades.
That is ok.
We need all kinds of players for the market to run its course.
SHORT/MID and LONGTERM
Markets are expexted to be very volatile over the coming months.
