Its a bit puzzling how this didnt come in spring when CAD reits were retesting their fall lows.  Not sure how it makes sense to pay a 30-40% premium on a REIT now unless its that toxic office stuff

would have expected his buyout of whatever to come  by  now...I mean on the next fed/BOC cuts we SHOULD move another leg up as the sector.  maybe that money is going to be repurposed f or a SIB
