This took into effect October 1, 2024 for the fiscal 2025. Please take a look at the Rail projects, right column, fourth down, I have highlighted “make freight rail safer”. I would certainly hope the new CEO/Sales team would or have approach the rail maintenance companies for their relief valve upgrade.
