They are BOD members of NXO ...its not like there are 100 Directors LOL and they bought into the PP. So clearly all the other 3 people on the board were aware.

Regardless of who ultimately messed up , it looks horrible on the company.

The company is a whole , they fail as an entity and succeed as an entiry.

Again theres 1000 examples of them failing ...this one doesnt add huge input but if you cant do the smple stuff then you 100% cant fo the big stuff.
