Beauce Gold Fields LinkedIn Post

Beauce Gold Fields LinkedIn PostGreat post and video by BGF's President and CEO, Patrick Levasseur:

Sometimes, it all comes together in the most unexpected ways.

After five years of relentless work—geophysics, drilling, bulk sampling—we've hit a breakthrough.

In the heart of the Beauce, Quebec, we uncovered an axis, a structure.

It's what we call a "saddle reef model."

And if you know anything about gold, you know this is huge.

Saddle reefs tend to be high-grade deposits.

Think Bendigo, Australia—a place that redefined gold mining.

And we're on the same path.

Bendigo started with gold in a creek, much like the Beauce.

Both places saw gold discoveries that sparked a rush, digging shafts and tunnels into deep valleys.

But while Bendigo uncovered their source—the saddle reefs, and produced 22 million ounces—the Beauce paused.

That pause is over.

We've found our saddle reef formation, the potential source of our placer gold deposit.

The work ahead is challenging, but that's what makes it exciting.

We've got mineralized zones, and we're not stopping here.

It's time to keep drilling and uncover what's been hidden for so long.

If you're as passionate about discoveries as I am, stick around.

This is just the beginning.
