RE:RE:RE:RE:I would have thought that Israel Would Have RetaliatedIt's difficult to know what the actual wishes are of the current US administration. Privately they may want to have the Iranian nuke facilities taken out as I read they may have enough enriched uranium to arm 3 warheads. Israel gets almost all of their military aid from the US so there may be conditions attached.
There are 28 days before the the election, the Dems probably don't want to risk further escalation but more importantly higher oil prices as that may have a negative impact. And coincidentally the shorters use that to drive oil down 5% based on what is described as an apparent "fading war premium". How absurd is that given we know the war situation is not fading but clearly escalating and has been since Iran first sent missiles to Israel in April. Some would call the irrational direction of oil, based on the inverse relationship to fundamentals bordering on deliberate election interference. And those that are paying the price are oil companies and their investors.
