RE:RE:New Press Release - Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust Provides Update on Sale of Sabliere Propertywas contemplating buying and studied the french / paris office market a bit never mustered enough courage. the insider buying was pretty strong here over the past year since the divy cut.

in their presentation they have a list of buyers and conditional proposals so maybe someone else steps in?

overall no position but interested. this is a multi bagger if they can sell offices. trading at an implied value significantly below paris market based on my own research.
