Aruaca was one of the TOP producing wells in Columbia"Beyond our base, the Arauca-8 well is now among the top oil-producing wells in Colombia"  

What happened, I'm not sure, but seems to me, still HUGE potential there.  

The "BASE" has been producing Massive Profits and Cash Flow past year.   Crazy for almost a Billion dollars taken off the market cap.
