Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

DFN unit nav in realtime @ $15.32

Showing a gain of only 15 cents now, and unfortunately had a big holding in TD, which has taken a hit today. DF holdings doing much better and are up over 18 cents since sept 30. TD weighted lower , and SU and NA weighted higher in DF.
DFN unit nav now 13 cents lower than DF...
