Starting investing in AX Dec 2022 at $9.20, and continued to add to the position until the pico-bottom where I then added commons as well as long-dated call options. I have been honest and open with all my buys and sells (I used to think this was a community before you and Snakey destroyed any value this board could ever hold for a reader).

I have since broken-even on the common position, before considering distribution income; and call options have been realized for profits ranging from 20% to 100%. The last three remaining tranches of options are up between 80% and 200%.

So to answer your question, I have lost nothing other than the time spent responding to you.

You can put lipstick on a pig (over levered reits) but at the end of the day it's still a pig.

Artis as an investment has underperformed as an investment no matter how many Pom poms you continue to shake.

This song is for you.

I find you pathetic TJ. Your post is directed at me but it's insulting to many unitholders here. The fact you need to kick others when they are down really shows the man you are. You don't see successful people who are always winning acting this way. You pretend to be a winner. And it shows.

May this be the last time,
A winner who waves his pom poms because there is so much winning to cheer for - so much winning it's almost too much - I'm almost sick of winning so much (to loosely quote your boy Donny)
