It also has an undeveloped Charlie Lake asset that is prospective for light oil in Bonanza, Alberta. The Company has over 116 net sections of contiguous land in the light oil prone Charlie Lake.

There are no issues with buybacks now. Once the BDC loans were discharged that became a non issue. 

My best performing stock of the last 2 years has been Tenaz. About 5 million fewer shares outstanding and the buybacks have really stabilized the share swings. Being a great company helps. 

for the price of one oil well we can buy back 3% of the shares outstanding? Total no brainer to me. 

3% buyback
4% dividend 
4-7% growth

and continued debt reduction. Increase payouts sub 100 million in debt. 

Poor gas prices lasted too long but we seem too have turned the corner.
