Death, taxes and Poet buying opp's...the only true constant's in life. Extremely rare selling events are for Mgmt and Mgmt only. Another round of insider sales like that and the SP would drop like a lead ballon, they know it, we know it, so that won't happen again. Nope, their next payday will be in the form of a low $ buyout or some other creative way to scew retail.
