It offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. realtime NAV for FFN @ $16.79

realtime NAV for FFN @ $16.79My spreadsheet has the UNIT NAV gaining over 71 cents  at this moment in time, and very close to the dashboard numbers. FFN last trade @ $6.17 leaves the discount at 62 cents, or about   9.1% as the commons now valued @ $6.79 .. very strong buy, and dont think the buyers have got up to the actual value gains... 
ANONYMOUS had some inside info on the Q reports it seems.
