RE:RE:HUGE 50% DROP ON DIVIDENDI did notice the large reduction in dividend but couldn't figure out why. Based on its earnings it could easily afford the annual dividend of $1.00. It has a very low debt to capital ratio of less than 17%. It has a net-net working capital of $15.65 per share, which is well below the current stock price. And this is not even accounting for land value sitting on it's book at less than 1/13 of it's market value previously brought up by Lifeisgood1010. This one is really hard to figure out.
