RE:Based on 50% FCF commitment ....I think that when companies put forth agressive share buyback strategies, they need to review share compensation package so they don't end up giving to much of an advantage to insiders. 

This is why i am not a fan of share buybacks, as they evaporate capital off the balance sheet. I would be more comfortable with more debt reduction, or buying the shares of other companies. 

I would like the cash to stay on the balance sheet.
