Bonterra Energy Corp. is a Canada-based conventional oil and gas company with operations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. The Company operates through development and production of oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin segment. Its operating areas include Pembina Cardium and other areas, which include Saskatchewan and Northeast British Columbia. The Company is focused on the development of the Pembina and Willesden Green Cardium lands within central Alberta. It has Shaunavon properties in the Chambery field, which produce medium density crude oil from the upper Shaunavon formation under waterflood. It also has assets in the Prespatou area of northeast British Columbia, which consists almost entirely of natural gas and associated natural gas liquids. It also has an undeveloped Charlie Lake asset that is prospective for light oil in Bonanza, Alberta. The Company has over 116 net sections of contiguous land in the light oil prone Charlie Lake.

Buybacks are under discussion for Q1 but nothing certain until decision is made. 

I've already indicated a few times that if they think the $ 7,75 SP will be hit by Oct. '25, now is the time to buy those shares and make a profit. 

I do support first getting debt within objective range.

Keep in mind they stated they intend to return 25% of Free Funds Flow back as a sustainable dividend and buybacks for overflow

Q1&2 Funds Flow = 58.5 Million x 2 = 117 million over the year
117 million x .25 = 29.25 million return expectation
29.25 / 37.32 Shares Outstanding = $0.784 per share available for returns
.784 /  3.97 share price = 19.7% yeild today if 1st half financials are used as an indicator...
