Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:SIB OR ACQUISITION

I'll give you a little hint, as I have said for the entire year thus far, it ain't gonna be SIB! Just not his speed. Expect a ramp up in acquisitions, he has so much as already said so. Once CAD rates have bottomed out he will strategically place mortgages and continue with more purchases. I wouldn't even be surprised if the dispositions slow considerably from here or at minimum become very selective.
