STUPID.. is a good word.

STUPID also describes everyone that regualtes these companies. No one has the fortitude to confront any of these crimminals. They are too afraid of retaliation. Which makes you ask?.. What is the point of regulators if they are too afraid to regulate. Why are they not cloaked? Let these crimminals face a Crimminal lawyer that sharpens their teeth with a file every morning. 

White Collar Crime is enormous. It is getting worse every day. However complaining to people that are too afraid to act , or are graft takers is a waste of time. You need to understand what each company on this exchange are doing and play within the play!
If you could convince the FEDS to stay involved that would help. However the TD bust for $3 bil. was generated out of the USA and those guys are faceless.
