RedYou asked about our election next week in NB and l can only say this , the only two parties that form a provincial government here are Conservative and Liberal , and my feelings are that Justine and his consort Chrystia  by their actions Federally have done immense damage to Provincial Liberals everywhere , exception maybe BC ,EH. However while l will cast my vote for Highs , sitting Conservative Premier as l have never in my entire life voted or supported our supposed Centrist Marxist party or our Communist one either..The however is l am presently along with hundreds of other rural NBers peeved at the DOT and hence the government. Back late Feb 2024 a bridge  / Culvert on a numbered highway collapsed leaving about a 15 foot gapas wide as the two lane highway as unpassable to traffic. Their has been a detour ever since , l contacted those do nothing's at the DOT and asked what's the problem , their idiotic answer was we are exploring a path forward to repairing the culvert and road. What the heck , it's a culvert and some paving and backfill for Gods sake , you would think they were having to rebuild the Golden gate bridge. That detour adds between a 5 or 6 mile trip to where most out here commute to which is Moncton . The milage difference is those near the collapse have to backtrack. While it's not a big deal to me as l only go into town 2 or 3 times a week , those that commute to work and their spouses grocery shop along with school buses , garbage men and with winter snow removal spend a lot of wasted time not to mention the cost of gas etc.One thing for sure , at no time have l ever defended any useless government agency , their lack of customer awareness is manifest, but l don't see them saying we will reduce your property or road tax because we don't give a DAMN.My take.  We pay taxes just like city dwellers and RURAL LIVES DO MATTER, Cheers , l hope you Conservatives win , what a change in fortune EH.
