Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. TECHNICALSWhat you should find interesting here is that XRE and VNQ both "corrected" back to their early September levels and snapped  back at their first level of support - around 7% pullback.

If today is any indication the next move up will either "double top" the mid-september levels, or breakout in a continued bullrun.   My money is on the latter, but as I said before, be  skeptical come Dec/Jan when theres green shoots and yields are back around 4-6%....It could be LIGHTS out if they pull the old "inflation is going back up" in Q2 OF 2025.
