If you enter a 1 million share market-price order for CJ doesn't the price go up? Didn't your actions manipulate it up? The question isn't whether or not the market is manipulated, it's "How do I profit from this?" If everyone is selling a quality stock, then it's time to buy. When everyone wants it, like with marijuana stocks a few years back, it's time to sell yours, if you had any. I am fully convinced that, a few years from now, mutual funds are going to be absolutely clamoring for energy stocks. I will let them have mine at that time. In the meanwhile I hold, perhaps accumulate more, and collect my dividends.
