Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust is a Canada-based open-ended real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is formed for the purpose of acquiring and owning office properties primarily situated in France, Germany, and Spain. The REIT properties are strategically situated in urban areas, generally in close proximity to public transportation. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:JUNK - STRONG SELL RATINGmarket makers/bag holders are scrambling, they want to offload their shares after the deal collapsed but this will crash the price to new lows as there is no buyers obviously. They must be putting some bids between 0.80 and 1.04 and hoping this will attract buyers for them to dump their shares at higher prices. 
I bet they were not expecting this deal to fail either and now they are fuucked like all the other bagholders. 
Once someone start selling into the bid and make the price drop this could lead to a real shhit show.
