All the first nations talk is interesting but is untimately irrelevant to a large degree. To think the same commitments from them will not also come to TUD as they progress further as well is silly. They are next door nieghbors. But what IS the ultimate dicider is simply ... geography. As simple as that. TUD is at the front door and there is zero chance the tunnel, as per the SEA mine plan, will ever get built. It will never be allowed to punch through the Gold Storm deposit .. or other deposits it effects. So either Ken and Rudy "work it out" or SEA will just have to wait a long time ( a long MORE time) until TUD surpasses all the developement stages that SEA has now accomplished. Until a mine is built or a major buys TUD and SEA together. Because if the former happens, SEA will wither on the vine until a lowball take out is made to use the SEA / KSM as reserves for the TC properties. Remember Gold Storm is just the first of several. And yes.. TUD has the high grade currently. And you can't imagine or argue your way out of the fact that TUD is in your way. Brutal... but IMO the way it is.
