The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I maintained my modest position as well with Artis and its great to see the recovery and market appreciation of managements progress with dispositions and debt reduction. The lowering of interest rates towards the neutral rate cannot be a bad thing. Good luck with your Tour planning!
