I could be completely wrong, but my impression is that negativity rises when the stock price languishes and there had been no announced signed contracts for months.  Granted, you could say there is no correlation between the two because Crossland tried to convince us that they have so much business that they don't need new clients.

As for rudeness, completely unwarranted even though it is served by those that pump sunshine on factual observations that are not that bright.  

Looking forward to seeing how much of small sales have been closed since the end of last quarter and see whether they have a smidgeon of a chance hitting $30+ million in revenues this year, not to mention analyst estimate of $35 million.
