Financial 15 Split Corp. is a mutual fund, which invests in a portfolio consisting of over 15 financial services companies. The Company offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. Its investment objectives with respect to Preferred Shares are to provide holders of Preferred Shares with cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in an amount of over 6.75% annually and to pay the holders of the Preferred Shares approximately $10 per Preferred Share on or about the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders of Class A Shares with regular monthly cash distributions and to permit holders to participate in all growth in the net asset value of the Company over $15 per unit, by paying holders on or about the termination date such amounts as remain in the Company after paying over $10 per Preferred Share. The Company’s investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

SO historically the market always goes up prior to election day in the US...govt plunge protection team at work.. as you cannot have a crash right before the people vote. They  massage the stats , GDP and job numbers to make them look great, then in a few months they revise all the jobs numbers down. Last month the majority of the job creation was govt jobs. That isnt a job that creates value ,  as in something you can sell.  ONLY just creates higher taxes.
Now another history lesson,...the stock markets  most times do the worst in the first year after the election... when suddenly some of those promises made , DO NOT see the light of day.
I am not going to try and predict when the pullback is going to happen... but anytime you see multiple new alltime records in the stock market,   in less than a year, in an economy that is ,IMHO,  not a great as the media and govt suggest- you have the recipe for a strong correction at minimum.
