More confusion with a hint ofreturning this once leading pot company back to it's glory days.
I don't know where the money came from to pay down this loan or extend it or whatever is happening and I am also getting that this has been done before.
Reducing debt is usually good news to investors but Team Klein has done a lot of creative deals that are supposed to come together to ressurect our company.
Sadly, they are to happen in the future and dependant on government legislation.
The Harris team have given positive hints of support for Federal legalization of pot while the pot market is being upgraded and developed by legal players but I still maintain that the black market is really in control of the future until such time as someone screws up their cajones and delivers a legal Federal pot and cannabinoid market that will have to include the black market players transitioning to legal potpreneurs.
Black market is still old time pot like smokeables with very little value added while the forward thinkers and legal players are working to circumvent the lawmakers at their own game.
Rapid onset and offset is huge for the edibles marketplace and categorizes the stone period to be more similar to alcohol's.
Also another endrun is being sorted out with Delta 9 made from legal hemp with a loophole that allows low percent thc, legal under the Agricultural bill to be concentrated to do what wicked old stinky pot has done to maintain its consumer appeal for those that are accepting of an alternate to alcohol.
A lot of resistance has come from business and law enforcement because they don't have an environmental friendly, yes or no impairment detection device for drivers and employees who might want to do buzz time behind the wheel or at work, although they are close with my favorite pot hopeful called Cannabix C. BLO who are leading my list for a potential multibagger investment.
Until this device is delivered to be operated by non-scientific minds at the roadside or workplace we won't get those votes for pot legalization.
Smokeable are familiar and have been for decades but promoters of alternate intake of cannabinoids like edibles and drinkables seem to be backing off until there are better laws in place at the Federal level to help usher in this healthier alternative to light beverage alcohol which I beleive as do several beer companies that have explored this new vice, that this is going to alter the marketshare of light alcohol offerings in favour of low cal and minimal sugar cannabinoid infused beverages to eat beer's lunch. Plus no hangover from pot like alcohol and far more appealing to diabetics and prediabetics or even those slightly fatties that would sub a healthier alternative to a night of boozing to stay on the looking good list.
Canopy and Team Klein have a grandiose plan to take all of the potential that Canopy had and Team Klein have sorted out of the marketplace by way of securing branding and cutting out the losers that should make a huge splash again if some new Federal legislation gets hatched to streamline a new legal vice to alcohol and also for those who are finding health benefits and pharma treatment if they are willing to get them certified as pharmaceuticals.
Team Klein needs to start speaking english with their reporting and promoting and need to quit with the confusion of what we are doing as far as conjoining all of this potential under the CUSA umbrella holding company to regain investor's confidence that this can happen and that they can do it.
Canopy was once a leader of the world for potpreneurs and built a tail to snout company with over 100 skus covering all of the types. They even lined up Acreage Holdings which is a bonafide US MSO for the purpose of getting tried and true pot and hemp skus from Canopy on to the US shelves where legal.
I haven't seem any palm incentive coming from the LPs or MSOs to help grease the skids to US legalization for rec use marijuana and hemp skus already proven, tweaked and market-tested by Canadians with safe, inspected and traceable Canadian grown pot and hemp.
Given that a good percentage of participants in research like beer companies and light alcohol companies, that are no strangers to incentivizing some politicians to quicken up things like legalization legislation, I think they are getting Coca Cola hesitation as the legal participants who are also studying on the future of their marketshare to decide if they are going to be participants or not. There was a little noise from the Cola cos but they went quiet just as the beer guys did, waiting for something,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, like outright Federal legalization for the US before they pile in again.
I pushed for Team Kamala to emrace pot legalization and get it on the Presidential ballot for the benefit of thankful voter/pot consumers but I fear they screwed it up, either out of fear from Cartel stakes or just government incompetence.
Canopy needs a lot of laws and ducks to line up to see if this highly creative wrangling to bring Canadian born cannabinoid skus to US shelves and consumers.
I have to believe that they are all set up, leaned and meaned out to be serious competition to US MSOs.
If you think about it, Constellation is the biggest shareholder of Canopy shares which is all lined up for amalgamation with Acreage Holdings which should negate any concerns about US protectionism because I am sure these are held by mostly US investors, so there shouldn't be anybody trying to keep good and honourable competition out of this market.
Canopy plus Acreage MSO in the waiting and some of the best brands in the world that have been secured should spell success for these shareholders if Team Klein is going to walk their talk and deliver for their longterm shareholders or???????????????????
