The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I dont blame you, I recall you were busy "looking under couch cushions" to find money to invest in artis reit shares at $6 bucks. Hopefully Manji takes it to $12-13 again like you suspect it will, but I know wall street is looking for every opportunity to jump on the short trade again, and with "strong economic" data coming in monthly its looking like they are going to pounce soon
