RE:That $62 take out offer is looking pretty good.With only 19 million shares maybe they could have "negotiated" up to $72-$75 but maybe not. But shareholders deserve a conversation - this has been dead money for a very long time. I am watching today closely and you can see the algo trading on full display 1 lot of 100 shares consistently working the price down to a 1 lot 3000 to 5000 share purchase. by a Bay St house.
