These guys are not dumb. By keeping it to existing shareholders the ability of an opportunist to snap up a large percentage of the company is taken away. It lessens the chance of a lowball offer as this has to be one of the most tightly held stocks there is. I base that again on the fact there is hardly any shares up for sale and look how fast the ask jumps to over a dollar. I would not be surprised that some of those .075 asks are people looking the buy at .06 and get warrants
