I dont short - but the reality is that TKRY is a penny meme stock - known to be shorted.
Shorting is a perfectly acceptable and legal investment strategy, if you don't want to be involved in a company that gets shorted - you should be more intelligent in selcting a company to invest in.

You didn't do well with medmen, you cant be doing well with TKRY - maybe try US MSOs, the ones already operating in the 40 states that have legalized.
