RE:RE:Can only "waffle" for so long!
If I am being honest, my decision was only "slightly" predicated on fomo. For the most part I consider myself to be a fairly cautious and somewhat conservative investor/trader. My situation may differ from some here. My latest deployment was for the most part a "cash replacement" investment. MM as you know has dropped significantly as expected. With two 50 bip cuts upcoming from BOC, that cash is going to start hurting. I am not entirely ruling out a whopping 75 point cut coming although it is not my base case. In any event, this is not a market timed move, it is a yeild move which hardly falls into the fomo camp. I got a reasonably small little pullback and took the opportunity.

I had remained very cautious into the two typically worse perfoming months of the year, no chasing even though instincts said to move. I still have well too much dry powder currently and could put a fair bit more back to work if I was so inclined. We still may get the pullback I thought may have already happened. As I have told you many times, nothing has acted/reacted as it otherwise would have in the past, we are in a different time right now. As I have also told you numerous times now as well, I would not trade bank accounts with you, and that I am certain of.
