RE:Tutor Perini Gabriel, thanks for presenting this timely post.
It's so inspiring and comparable path of Aecon.
It clearly demonstrates similar woes and turnaround.
All the historical fix cost projects are the new way of the future! Both customers and construction companies came to abrupt realization that going forward , construction companies can not remain in business with oppressive contracts.
Many companies would end up going bankrupt and not many left to construct complex projects. So the new theme going forward is " construction companies must be guaranteed profitable projects each and every time " ensuring minimum 10% margins and increase shareholder value as expected by us the shareholders.
Gabriel , I contemplated for a long time to put some money into Periini , but procrastinated and continued to plow tons of funds non stop into Aecon in spite of my RBC agent trying to stop me citing that I am out of control.
Wondering if Aecon will get a few bucks awarded from their legal battles in Q3 or Q 4 ?? It certainly would be sweet!!!
