Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Hey Frankie, thanks for the thoughts, nice to hear from you. I admittedly know very little about bitcoin. Having said that, when it had dropped to about 17000 I had contemplated initiating a position. In the end I determined I like to have more knowledge in what I am investing in so backed off, in retrospect, my loss. I am aware of Metaplanet but only through your prior mentioning.

With regards to tj and alike, it is hardly worth even making a comment. I have a reasonable handle on whats going on and have managed to muddle my way through to the stratosphere of mediocrity! My position (at times) may be somewhat different to others is all I will say.

On that note, I am readying to commence one mother of a tour starting early next week, can't wait.
