It seems to me Conflicting Data and Oil Price

It seems to me Conflicting Data and Oil PriceCuba is in the Dark, contributing factor fuel shortage. 
Saudi Arabia says they are raising their prices for Asian Countries.  
Gasoline prices at the pumps don't seem to be dropping much.  
War expanding with no end in sight.
