RE:RE:Nothing more than your usual aimless MondayIt wasn't always incompetent. Luc Desjardins took over this company, reduced debt to reasonable levels, sold off non-core assets, and signed the deal with Brookfield - using the money to acquire Mom-and-Pop propane businesses around Eastern Canada and Northern US. The business was thriving but, when Desjardins retired the new management bet the entire farm on Hydrogen. Very risky and, so far, it's been a bad bet. Renewables are still a fringe competitor for fossil fuels and that won't change any time soon. The "Just Stop Oil" protesters don't understand what stopping oil and fossil fuels means. Civilization as we know it would grind to a halt.
