Im always wrong frank, hahahah, but I like your thinking. Im watching this insider dump every month on this thin stock. Every sale triggeres a report, so every other day I buy one lot off the market at the offer with my bids sitting at the ask. So now he has to either file for a $20 trade or hit the bids to get off a bit more off and make it worthwhile and the spread is netting about 12.5%
